Jason W. McLean

Jason W. McLean grew up in Great Falls, Montana.  He moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1995, where he attended the University of North Dakota.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1999 and his law degree in 2002.  Jason moved to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 2003.  He was admitted to practice in Minnesota in 2003 and in North Dakota in 2004.  He is a member of both the North Dakota and Minnesota Bar Associations.

In addition to his duties as an advocate, Jason is a state approved Parenting Investigator and Guardian ad Litem in North Dakota.  He has also been a presenter and lecturer for an adoption law seminar.  In his spare time, Jason enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
